I've wanted to build a "Fog of War Go" game for a long time. But my coding skills were too weak to pull it off. Now, with the help of AI, I can handle everything from frontend to backend entirely on my own.
The rules are largely inspired by the fog of war mechanic from Red Alert. In the early game, you need to scout the map to gain visibility. Once a line of sight is established, it remains permanently revealed.
There's still plenty to improve. I recently added a self-play mode, so you can still play even when no one else is around.
